Appointment Policy

Appointments and Cancellations

We strive to render excellent care to you. Your care and treatment is a priority for us. We also ask that you respect your specialist’s time and expertise as well.

This includes arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment. There is a grace period of 10 minutes per appointment, arrival after 10 minutes will result in reschedule and cancellation fee.

If you are not feeling well, please reschedule.

• There is an $85 deposit for all skincare and body treatment appointments (membership & packages do not require deposit).

• Sometime things come up, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours or more advance notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in $85 fee or loss of package/membership appointment.

• No Call/No Show: We will charge the total cost of scheduled treatment.

• If you are 15 minutes late, you may be turned away, and charged a $85 fee. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase.
